Module Description:

This module introduces students to the nursing process as a systematic approach to patient care. It focuses on assessing patient needs, formulating nursing diagnoses, planning and implementing interventions, and evaluating outcomes. Students will develop skills in critical thinking, documentation, and communication to design effective and holistic care plans.
